The Dawn of a new year 2010 brings a great anticipation of things to come and a future that has hope and promise.

Airfloat in the UK does not have any relationship with or obligations to the new Airfloat LLC in Decatur Illinois, registered in 2005.

Airfloat HSI in the USA who was once our supplier and parent company closed its doors to business in 2004, its staff were all fired and its assets, inventory and receivable's were bought out by another company JLS Acquisitions LLC who frivolously elected to rename itself as Airfloat LLC with intentions of promoting itself as the original Airfloat to the international markets without considering our prior innocent existence or usage of our name, trademarks and graphics all of which belong under rights to Pat White in the countries where he has traded for the past 20 years.

Current litigation in the Federal courts is being defended as Airfloat Systems UK has been an "innocent prior user" of the marks, names, graphics and technology since 1991 in free interstate commerce and therefore is protected under common law.

I would like to thank our customers and the friends of Airfloat International both here in the UK, EU and the USA for their support and help during what is a difficult time that has been brought about by frivolous litigation in an attempt to take over the goodwill that we have built with the sweat of our brow and our own financing and we look forward to being able to stand up for our rights in the coming years as things proceed to a conclusion.
